Mission Community Services Corporation and its Women’s Business Centers are dedicated to supporting entrepreneurs and small business owners to become self-sustaining, successful contributors to their communities. We have a focus on serving women as well as low-income individuals, minority-owned businesses, and rural, underserved communities.

Holiday Workshop: Give the Gift of Kindness 

In this workshop with guest teacher KC Chapman you will learn amazingly doable ways to spread kindness this holiday season! 

This event beings with an opening centering with KC and some standing gentle yoga warm-ups for focusing and grounding.  Then Clare's discussion on kindness will give you tips and inspiration on how to incorporate the spirit of the holiday season into your life.  The workshop ends with time for integration and a closing meditation by KC.  

KC is an acupressure practitioner, massage therapist, and a Kripalu Meditation and Kripalu Gentle Yoga, Yin Yoga, and Chair Yoga Teacher.
